Breathing Into Your Practice: Yoga Workshop

In this two hour workshop we will explore: Four different breathing techniques that serve different purposes such as detoxifying the body, balancing the nervous system, focusing the mind, and improving our asana yoga practice. Using breath in our vinyasa practice and discuss techniques to overcome common road blocks to accessing the breathe during challenging postures. Includes a shortened vinyasa flow practice.
