CrossFit: CrossFit is constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement. The aim of which is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. In Mo Crossfit is fortunate to have CrossFit level One Certified Trainers. Each trainer brings a unique dimension (and programming) to the classes he/she teaches, while following the basic Cross Fit guidelines. You are welcome to visit any CrossFit class to determine which best fits your style and schedule. Unlimited CrossFit clients can rotate within the classes signified by the black boxes with red font or the white boxes with the black font. To ensure proper form, training, safety and initial comfort for all attendees it is highly recommended that participants complete a one-on-one sessions with a CrossFit Level One Certified Trainer. CrossFit WOD: CrossFit is an experience. It’s like nothing you have ever done before. Once you try it, you will be hooked. You will push yourself farther than you ever have and find strength that you didn’t know existed. CrossFit Level 1: CrossFit training is a great way to get back In shape, get in shape for the first time, recover from an injury and improve your health. We will teach you how to increase the intensity of the basic movements’ commonly encountered In CrossFit workouts. This is your opportunity to become more familiar with CrossFit movements and “ramp up” to the intensity of the CrossFit “WOD” classes. We limit our Level 1 classes to six participants per class in order to provide the most personal attention as you learn. CrossFit Power Hour: Power through your P.R.’s and really see what you are capable of. This class focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of olympic and power lifts.
CrossFit (On-Ramp): Emphasis is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our CrossFit Program. We are going to focus on technique to ensure your safety and success at the next level.
OCR Training: Emphasis on skill and stamina needed to perform in a Tough Mudder and Spartan Race. Gradual progression to prepare for event.
