Program Descriptions

Kids Cross Training (ages 8-12)

A strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers and their specific developmental needs and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. $50/mo. 2x week

Teen Cross Training (ages 12-18)

A strength and conditioning program designed for athletes and non-athletes alike. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our Crossfit certified trainers, to enhance strength and power, while also focusing on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility. $50/mo. 2x week or $75/unlimited

Teen Olympic Weightlifting (ages 12-18)

Safe, fun and its benefits are many. It has no equal for developing speed, flexibility, coordination, force, power and total body strength muscle. Whether your child is interested in excelling their performance in sports, increasing their fitness or competing in Olympic Weightlifting, then this program is for them! $10 (by invitation only)

Teen Sports Conditioning (ages 12-18)

Physical conditioning can be defined as a process involving the improvement of motor skills and functional (energetic) abilities, morphological characteristics, an athlete’s health status and the continuous improvement of the skills responsible for all of these aspects. Our Sports conditioning class program is based on the concept of periodization, which manipulates frequency, duration, intensity, volume and specificity. $50/mo. 2x week or $75/unlimited


Our unique Yo Fit! Program offers kids the chance to work out along side their parents. The program is designed for children ages 7- 13 years old.
