Learn and gain the benefits of yoga in a safe, gentle program without getting down on to the floor. Restorative Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga class that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Designed for those with injuries, back or chronic pain, excess weight, and health issues that make attending a standard yoga class challenging. Focus is placed on gently increasing flexibility, range of motion, and core strength as well as breathing techniques and meditation that relieve stress and create an overall sense of peace and well-being.
This class is a 90min medium paced, multi-level full spectrum vinyasa class. Level: 1-3. This intentional breath centered vinyasa class seeks to strengthen and lengthen your body, mind and spirit. Get fit, unwind and realize yourself on Sunday. All levels are welcome.
This class is a wonderful way to end your day. This class starts giving members the opportunity to settle in gently. Starting out with a body scan and then allowing members to become familiar with being fully present while focusing on the breath, thereby clearing the mind into stillness. Then while transitioning into a moving meditation, detailed attention is placed on physical alignment principles while synchronizing the breath with each flowing sequence. To seal in the practice, class ends with an extra long savasana segment or seated meditation. All levels welcome!
A restorative yoga practice that reduces stress and relaxes the mind. This class includes calming seated and standing asanas (yoga postures) and gentle flowing movements that increase range of motion and flexibility of joints while at the same time cultivating a meditative and relaxing yoga practice. Suitable for seniors or those recovering from injuries or those who prefer a calm, peaceful, and slower paced class. All levels are welcome.
In this class, the studio is heated to approximately 90 degrees. All hot yoga classes follow a foundational sequence that includes "heated vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels, simple enough for beginners and challenging enough for advanced students". Because the room is heated, please be sure to be well hydrated before class and bring a water bottle and towel.
Learn how to quiet your mind and become fully present with this meditative yoga flow class. This class incorporates traditional Hatha yoga postures, with movement sequences, breath work and silent meditation to support increased awareness and mindfulness. Individuals new to yoga and those practicing for years will enjoy deepening their core poses and the effect they can have on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of becoming more centered. This class can be moderately vigorous as individuals flow from one pose to the next guided by their breath and the supportive guidance of the instructor.
This is a 60-minute class that includes low-impact poses that create a cooling, receptive, and meditative environment. Poses are typically held for longer periods and include slow grounding movement to prepare for the evening.
This yoga class fuses Ashtanga and dynamic elements, thereby creating a powerful flow for those who prefer a more physically challenging practice. Previous experience is recommended, and is not appropriate for beginners or individuals with injuries. (Int/Adv)

Greet the day with an energetic mind and open heart. Each class includes a quick warm-up, leading to sun salutations; progressing to yoga posture variations. If this is your first yoga class, please introduce yourself to the instructor before class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Flow Level 1-3 is a rhythmic style class in a mixed level setting and is taught with the intention of guiding and progressing students through various postures and movements. Previous yoga experience is recommended; this class is NOT for beginners or those with injuries.
Create a solid and safe foundation for your yoga practice. Learn fundamental alignment principles for foundational postures. Participants will learn breathing techniques, asanas (yoga postures), and alignment principles that provide a solid foundation for your yoga practice. Level 1 classes are appropriate for those new to yoga. Modifications to postures are given so that each participant can honor their body and capabilities.
Yoga For Beginners + Meditation: is designed for new and returning practitioners. Instruction allows members to explore the fundamentals of yoga to include: mind-body awareness, breath-work and alignment principles. This class also includes a 15 minute meditation as an extra bonus. If you're new to the practice, please take a few seconds to introduce yourself to the instructor. All levels welcome!

Whether you're new to indoor cycling or a seasoned cyclist, Beginning Stages is a great way to get back in the saddle with our new "Stages" bikes. The new bikes allow members to monitor personal data such as watts, cadence speed, calories expended, and much more. If you're new to the class, please take a moment to introduce yourself to the instructor prior to class, so she can assist with bike set-up. All levels welcome.

HIIT The Road with endurance cyclist Marie Phillips. With more than a dozen years of century rides under her saddle she will take you on intense mountain climbing rides that will include a few flats, some plateaus, rollers, switchbacks and yes even some down hills You will alternate between very intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise. HIIT the Spot is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This Interval-based class combines full-body strength & resistance training with high intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your athletic performance and leave you feeling satisfied.
This class is designed to teach the basic principles of Pilates using mat exercises. You will learn how to use breath to facilitate movement and to activate the deep “corset” muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis. This mind-body class trains the whole body simultaneously to build strong, long, lean, and flexible muscles as well as coordination & balance.
PIYO: is a low-impact, high-intensity body-transformation program. It uses the most effective Pilates- and yoga inspired moves set at a fast pace to help you burn fat while you sculpt long, lean-muscles. You’ll carve every inch of your body without jumps, without weights, and without straining your joints. And rest assured, there’s no complex choreography to learn. You get your strength, your cardio, and your flexibility training all in one class. This is an aquatics aerobics class. The class is composed of medium to high intensity cardio and strength exercises. We will be covering a lot of territory and using aquatic props like noodles and buoys. You will have opportunities to exercise in the deep end, treading water and side stroke swimming.
