Our February–March newsletter is full of exciting momentum at In Motion Fitness, with new equipment already hitting the floor—including the Prime pec deck/back combo and back machine in the Speakeasy—and more on the way with a Hoist abductor/adductor machine and 2.5-lb weight stack add-ons coming soon. Construction is rolling fast as our vision takes shape with a covered outdoor running track, outdoor weight equipment, and major progress on the porte cochere, KIM entrance, Westside Pavilion, and Corner Pavilion opening soon. We appreciate your patience with temporary parking changes during construction—please help us out by parking across the street in the Longfellow lot behind the taco truck when possible to save closer spaces for moms with kids and seniors with limitations. We’re incredibly grateful for our amazing community and want to recognize 100-year-old Wally, a dedicated member of 23 years; Deborah, Chico Aquajets coach and recent Hall of Fame honoree; swim instructors Nicolette and Patrick for being a key part of NVSS Swim School; and our four outstanding new trainers—Nick, Tina, Cole, and Joey. Lastly, don’t forget to reserve your classes online, as spots fill up quickly.

Exciting changes are happening fast at In Motion Fitness! Our new construction is moving quickly and beautifully, bringing a stunning new porte cochere entrance with luxurious covered parking and stamped ceilings, a brand-new KIM entrance with covered outdoor fitness, a Westside Pavilion with access to the glamorous Speakeasy Fitness Studio, and a new covered corner pavilion topped with solar panels. We sincerely thank our valued members for your patience during construction and temporary parking changes. We’re proud to now offer 15 beautiful fitness boutique studios and are incredibly grateful to our amazing engineering team—the true backbone of In Motion Fitness. An exciting welcome to Brandy and Nicole as they join our membership team—we’re lucky to have you, and you’re already doing an incredible job. As the year comes to a close, we’re filled with gratitude for our amazing members and community. Thank you for making this year so memorable. Check out the winners of our Halloween Costume Contest and all the creative costumes from our members and staff—your spirit made this season spooktacular. We’re also excited to share the latest construction progress at In Motion Fitness, including the new entrances, porte-cochère pavilion, covered parking, west pavilions, and the extended track that’s well underway. We appreciate each and every one of you for being part of our fitness family and look forward to even more growth and excitement in the months ahead.

The Corner Pavilion: the third and final pavilion of the Solar Project

InMo Members, Construction will begin this week for our new Corner Pavilion. The North-West corner of the club’s parking lot will be blocked off. (by Village Lane. See picture below.) We understand this means there will be even more limited parking. As a reminder, our new Overflow Parking Lot is open and available for you to park in. It is located across Longfellow/E First Ave, by the Taco Truck, across the street from the Mobil Gas Station. We are adding more parking spaces to this lot and have the capacity to add many more if needed. This lot will soon provide 80 new spaces. Park here and be a “Parking Savior.” We select 5 lucky winners per week who get rewarded with Perkville points when you park in this Overflow Lot. In a few short but challenging months, parking will return beneath two of these Solar Pavilions. At completion, In Motion’s Solar Project will be producing one million kw, and Chico will host one of the world's most breathtaking health clubs. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we beautify your club!

Discover our members, their strength & style, and learn how you can become 1% better every day. Check out our new additions, including FreeMotion benches, custom-made Wall Bars, and bar stools for our faux bar inside the SpeakEasy! Explore the variety of group exercise classes we offer, and scan the QR code to view the weekly schedule featuring over 550 classes each month. We're celebrating Artober by highlighting the art of architecture and fitness, as we're home to over 100 original masterpieces crafted by local artists. Summer’s in full swing at InMo, and we’ve got exciting updates for you! Be a “Parking Savior”! Our new Overflow Lot is opening soon, and we’re inviting you to park here and help save parking spaces for moms with kids and seniors with limitations. Every weekday, we’ll randomly select one member who parks in the Overflow Lot to win free InMo merch! Just stop by the front desk for your sticker and instructions. Inside, our Speakeasy Studio is officially open and full of energy. Explore the brand-new Booty Boutique, a space dedicated to glute-focused machines, and unwind in the peaceful Zen Den, designed to help you stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your body. Outside, we’re making major moves! A new main entrance is underway, complete with solar panels and covered parking, as well as a shaded outdoor running track. To beat the summer heat, enjoy five pools and our splash filler water park. You’ll also find all-new equipment throughout the club and a redesigned app to manage and elevate your fitness journey with ease.

We’ve got BIG news this month... the highly anticipated, Fabulous SpeakEasy is now officially OPEN! You can now enter the SpeakEasy through the Kids In Motion lobby or the side door at the end of the track outside. It’s open from 4 AM – Midnight, 7 days a week – the perfect spot to relax, connect, or get inspired. Come check out all the amazing things happening inside! Construction has begun on the Westside Pavilion! We appreciate your patience during this exciting time – so many awesome upgrades are coming your way.
